You will be guided through the individual steps via the input masks. The person who performs the registration process has administrator rights for the customer account until further notice. The user name and password are the access data for a user account. Please ensure that the data entered here is complete and correct. The address, legal form and tax information will be used for billing purposes.

You can pay the invoices by credit card or SEPA direct debit. The payment method is selected when creating the customer account. It is possible to change the payment method later.

The monthly invoices are automatically sent to the e-mail address entered when the customer account was created. In addition, the invoices are available for download in the account management under Billing.

The invoice recipient can be changed in the account management under Contract data. Multiple invoice recipients can also be created.

In the 3Q Video Platform, the term "project" refers to the two functional units that you use to either broadcast content in real time (Livestream) or provide content that can be accessed on demand at any time (On Demand).

Projects are the central element in the customer account. With few exceptions, all account functions are associated with projects. Projects are managed via the project overview or the "Projects" menu item in the main menu.

VOD means video-on-demand. With this project type, you provide audio and video content that can be accessed online 24/7. Here you also manage content for podcasts, OnDemand webcasts, and VOD-to-Live, as well as recordings of livestreams created with the Live-to-VOD Recorder or via the Timeshift-to-VOD feature.

With this module you combine the 3Q SDN with the CDNs from Akamai and/or ChinaCache. The resulting data transfer is evaluated according to time period, project and CDN provider. Please note that there are additional costs when using Multi-CDN. If the Multi-CDN module is not used, the data transfer takes place exclusively via the 3Q SDN.

With the Webcasting module, you create landing pages for live and on-demand webcasts or webinars, equip the pages with functions and content, and control the processes during the event. The module is suitable for public and restricted-access online events, such as live business events, lectures, online seminars, congresses, and conferences, as well as tutorials and town halls. The module supports single webcasts and webcast series (parallel webcasts) as well as multilingual webcasts.  

Use this module to compile multiple livestream projects into one player. The viewer can switch between the content or the livestreams during the broadcast in the player. For example, multi-channel livestreaming enables live broadcasting in multiple languages, broadcasts from different camera perspectives, or streaming of online events taking place in parallel.  

Yes, you can. With the Video Advertising module you can place pre-, mid- and post-roll ads in livestreams and videos. For this you need AdTags or VAST URLs from VAST and VPAID-enabled ad servers or Google DFP (Google Ads).
